Preface

Albert Einstein. In fact, the Peace and Harmony with Yoga is all about developing
life skills and values among children. The aim of this series is to develop the mental
and moral values of the child and take education beyond the development of
mechanical skills. This series is supported by Web Animation Support. It includes
chapter animations, lesson plans, answer key and live worksheets.

Peace and Harmony for classes 1 to 10 is an endeavour to encourage a young learner
to enquire, explore, discover and rediscover people, places and situations. It focuses on
letting children experience values rather than learn them. The approach is practical.
